Join us at this event where the Enquiry team will present the draft findings of #culturalenquiry2019.
Following our events at venues across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, this will be an opportunity for you to discuss the draft findings of the enquiry. We will also be introducing the Cultural Compact status that BCP have been awarded by Arts Council England and what this will mean to taking the Enquiry forward.
During the evening we will look at three emerging themes from the enquiry: Talent, Infrastructure and Place. Emerging areas that will be looked include how we can ensure:
- More artists and creative practitioners establish themselves in the area
- Growing local market for arts
- More opportunities for local artists to showcase their work
- More opportunities to participate and engage in culture for local people
- Greater awareness of cultural activity
- Stronger, inclusive economic growth
- Stronger national and international connections
- More inward investment
Following this event we will be producing the final report.
Refreshments will be served
